Welcome to Neroli's Guides!

Welcome to Neroli's Guides, a collaboration between Neroli's Lab and the Route 01 Aides in the Pokémon Sleep Discord server. This site is a comprehensive strategy resource for Pokémon Sleep, covering game mechanics, Pokémon evaluation, team building, progression, resource management, and more. Whether you just started or you're deep into the game, we hope there's something useful here for you. The guides here are regularly updated to reflect the current state of the game.

Subjective Content

Not everything in this site is objective fact. Some pages describe game mechanics objectively, while others share the community's strategic recommendations based on analysis and experience. To keep this distinction clear, any section containing opinion or strategic advice begins with this banner:

Subjective Info

The following content contains subjective advice or recommendations. Please take it into consideration and make your own decisions based on your playstyle and goals.

This way, you always know whether you're reading how the game works or how we think it's best played.

Who We Are

Neroli's Lab Team

Neroli's Lab Team develops and maintains the open-source Neroli's Lab web app: calculators, team simulation, and other tools for Pokémon Sleep. These guides live alongside the web app, with longer-form writing covering mechanics, strategy, and progression in more depth than the app format allows.

Neroli's Aides

Neroli's Aides are volunteers from the Pokémon Sleep Discord's Trainer's School. They answer questions in the Route 01 help channels, share what they've learned, and write or co-author many of the player-focused guides here.

Community Editors

Tooz is an editor for this project; we credit them for keeping guides organized and helping turn drafts or Discord posts into something we're happy to ship. We welcome other community editors and contributors!

Contributing

This site is a community effort and contributions are welcome. If you've spotted an error, have data to add, or want to propose a new guide entirely, check out our Contributing page for info on how to contribute.
